Course Overview

If you are a parent who feels like the gap between you and your child has widened, and you’re struggling to communicate or connect, this course is for you.

Teen Triple P is tailored not only for teenagers but can also support challenges faced by children as young as 11 years old. Are you a parent struggling to set boundaries? Do you feel like it’s too late to implement effective discipline strategies? It’s never too late to rekindle a respectful, non-violent relationship with your child. If the thought of establishing boundaries seems daunting, rest assured that support is on the way!

Teen Triple P aims to equip parents with the confidence needed to establish positive boundaries while fostering understanding between you and your child.

5 In-Person Group Sessions

Session Hours: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Once you join on to the program you will have access to all the program materials

Getting Started

If you’re interested in participating, please submit a referral. Professionals can also send in referrals on your behalf.

Referral Consultation

We will schedule a consultation to learn more about you, tailor aspects of the course to fit your needs, and determine if the program is a suitable match.

Screening Process

All referrals will be screened.

Welcome Pack

Upon completion of the consultation, parents will receive a welcome pack containing all necessary material

Pre and Post Questionnaire

All participants will complete questionnaires before and after the program to assess progress.

Completion Celebration

At the conclusion of the program, we will celebrate your achievements and present you with a certificate recognizing your commitment to enhancing your parenting skills.

This is a free course, and we ask that if you receive any resources but do not complete the course or attend the sessions, you return the materials or face a fee for unreturned items. We want to ensure our resources are utilized effectively for families who will benefit from them.
