Vent Therapy is a free 6-week program designed to provide a safe and supportive space for individuals to express their emotions, gain clarity, and develop constructive solutions to personal challenges. Through guided sessions, participants can release pent-up feelings, identify actionable strategies, and reframe negative thought patterns. Whether you’re facing stress, conflict, or emotional turmoil, this program offers a non-judgmental environment to heal and grow. Sessions are held weekly for 2.5 hours, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
