Last Updated: June 30th 2025 Welcome to Community Building Parenting! By participating in our programs, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully before enrolling in any of our programs.

1. Program Fees and Refund Policy

Paid Programs:
  • All paid programs are non-refundable unless a refund request is made at least 28 days before the program starts.
  • If you request a refund after the program has started, you will only receive a 25% refund.
  • In unique circumstances such as bereavement, recent illness, or a diagnosis that prevents you from attending the program, a full refund will be granted. However, this is only applicable if you have not attended more than two sessions.
  • Before a refund is issued, you are required to return all program materials. Any costs associated with lost or damaged materials will be deducted from your refund.
Free Programs:
  • If you do not complete at least 80% of the free program, you are expected to return any books or materials in perfect condition. If the materials are not returned as specified, you will be liable for the cost of the materials.
  • If any material was received in a damaged condition and evidence is provided, you will be entitled to a replacement free of charge. To receive the replacement, you must return the damaged item.

2. Access to Program Materials

Access to program materials is granted only to parents who have subscribed to our website. Sharing materials with non-subscribers is strictly prohibited.

3. Confidentiality and Data Protection

No personal information should be shared with any third parties without your explicit consent. We take your privacy seriously and will protect your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Feedback and Complaints

  • We encourage feedback to be shared exclusively through our designated platform.
  • As a client, you reserve the right to file a complaint if you feel that the services provided have not supported you in accordance with the rules and regulations set forth in this document.

5. Consent Forms and Background Checks

  • All participants must complete the required customer consent forms before commencing any program.
  • All staff members are subject to background checks (DBS checks) to ensure a safe environment for our clients.

6. Quality Assurance

We strive to ensure the highest quality of our documentation and services. All documents and materials provided are quality assured.

7. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued participation in our programs will signify your acceptance of the revised terms.
